The processing time for any standard order can take up to 5 days. During this processing time, our experts will personally, hand-select the healthiest plants for your order and monitor its growth. This is also the time we use to schedule any necessary transfers for your plants to our logistics center to prepare for delivery.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once all items in your order has been transferred and prepared. At this stage, your order will be ready and will be pending a delivery route to be assigned.
We always aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most of our orders are delivered within 2 - 10 days from the day the order was placed. Extra time may be needed if certain items require special ordering or transfers from further yards.
For the safe transportation of your plants, we provide an in-House Local Delivery Service where we have our own fleet of vehicles and hired staff to hand deliver your order to your home or business. This premium service means your plants are handled by professions with care and never boxed for several days. We batch orders together for route efficiency and we have delivery routes going out every week, usually between Wednesday to Sunday.
Once your order is processed, an email notification will be sent to you to let you know your order is ready and is waiting to be assigned to a delivery route. Delivery for processed orders usually take place within the same week unless otherwise instructed.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, orders are loaded onto the vehicle the day before delivery after 5 PM after the final inspection of the plants. An official delivery notice will be emailed to you once your order is loaded onto the vehicle for delivery. If a delivery time is provided, delivery times are our best estimate. We do not pay standby time in the event that we are late. We make every effort to complete our deliveries on time. Delivery times are calculated using computer algorithms that cannot predict extraordinary circumstances such as but not limited to traffic, break down, difficulty of prior deliveries, acts of nature, etc.
Deliveries are routed to maximize trucking efficiencies, as well as accommodate customer requests if possible. Requests such as "early as possible" or "late as possible" can generally be accommodated if possible. However, we will not know your exact drop time. We will also not know the delivery sequence until the routes are computed.
If the service address is outside the areas we service or if you have selected a delivery option that does not match your service address, you will be notified of the error. Orders that have selected a delivery option that is outside our delivery service area will be cancelled after 5 days if no further instructions are provided.
- We DO NOT provide installation services.
- Deliveries will be made to your driveway or curbside only.
- If your property is GATED and requires a gate combination for us to make the delivery, please provide us with the combination prior to your scheduled delivery day. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries or additional delivery costs if we are unable to access your service address.
- For the safety of your pets and our drivers, we humbly ask for your help in keeping the pathway necessary for the delivery accessible and free of obstacles and pets.
- Delivery can take place between 9 am - 7 pm.
