灰毛野蕎（學名：Eriogonum cinereum）是野蕎麥的一個物種，常見名稱為海岸蕎麥和灰葉蕎麥。這種灌木是加州海岸線的特有植物，生長在海灘、懸崖以及海岸灌木叢和叢林中。這種植物的高度和寬度可達一米以上，由於其莖和葉上的絨毛，呈現出淺銀灰色。葉子是波浪邊緣的橢圓形，長一到三公分。花簇從植物中伸出，每個花簇帶有一個到數個頭狀花序，由微小、緊密排列的皺邊花組成，通常呈淺棕粉色且毛茸茸。這是貝爾納迪諾斑點藍蝶（Euphilotes bernardino）的食草植物。
